Features
Smaller than Pleioblastus chino, it is differentiated mainly by its light cream tinted leaves. They are grouped in bouquets on short branches. Thin stems, with little invasive rhizomes.

Uses
Vases, flowerbeds, isolated tufts, free or pruned hedges.
Benefits
Very elegant small bamboo with thinner foliage than Pleioblastus shibuyanus ‘Tsuboi’.
