Features
This bamboo is very attractive because of its bright green leaf mass and the light size of its branches. The young sprouts that appear in autumn are covered with marble colored sheaths (hence its Latin name). Their branches turn red in autumn.
Care
It likes fresh soil and suffers from very strong sunlight exposure.
Uses
Massifs, edges by the water, hedges, pots, flowerbeds.
Benefits
Its lush vegetation gives a touch of exoticism in every season. It serves very well for indoor culture.
